House opening and closing

We will open up and air your property before the arrival of yourself or your guests. We will turn on the water, checking for any burst pipes or leaks. We will switch on the gas, electricity, heating, fridge, freezer etc. Once you have vacated the property we will visit again to check that everything is switched off and where lockable shutters are in place, firmly secured.  French insurance does not generally pay out for burglary if shutters are left open whilst proprietors are absent from their home.
