Repairs and decoration

We undertake general house maintenance and small repairs. We will liaise with local artisans for larger works should you require any such work to be carried out in your absence. This can be scheduled to take place at a time convenient to you, ideally when your property is unoccupied.

 

We have built up a reliable network of local artisans able to undertake a wide range of work including plumbing, solar heating, electrical, masonry, carpentry and joinery, glazing, roofing, tiling, plastering, plasterboarding and painting and decorating. You may also have your own artisans in place already. Either way, we are able to maintain a regular overview of your project and liaise with you via regular update reports with photographs in order to then be able to liaise with the appropriate artisan, thus ensuring your project proceeds in the manner you would wish during your absence.
