We offer a stand-alone laundry service which can considerably cut holiday letting costs.  Some owners offer a reduction if guests bring their own bedlinen and towels but this isn't always the answer and can end up causing lost bookings.  Many renters travel to their holiday home by air and the costs for bringing their own linen can be prohibitive.  Some renters won't even look at a property if a full laundry service is not offered.

We offer two separate services to bridge this gap and make the stay more cost effective for both owner and renter.

Full laundry service

By passing on some of the responsibility to your guests for the laundry and bed-making you can considerably cut management/cleaning costs;  something most gite/holiday home owners are keen to do in today's highly competitive holiday rental market.

On your behalf we hold two sets of bedlinen/towels/bathmats etc for each of your properties (which you supply in advance or pay for if we are to purchase).  One complete set of bedlinen/towels/bathmats etc is a 'bundle'.  Upon presentation of a ticket (which we will initially provide you with so that you can provide this to your guests upon their final payment of booking) your guests can collect a bundle from us in Ribérac town centre.  This bundle is fully laundered and pressed ready to take back to the gite/holiday home to make up the beds with. The following week the guests drop off the used linen and at the same time collect a fresh, clean bundle for their second week.  If this is their last week and they don't need a new bundle they can simply drop off their used bundle.  A new bundle will be ready for the next incoming guests to collect on the same day as the outgoing guests departure.  The first guests of the season will not have to pay anything (as there will not have been any used bundles prior to their stay) but from the second week's linen onwards, the incoming guests will pay for the previous outgoing guests' laundering.
